Two Ridge Milestones End in August
When August ends so will two remarkable opportunities for new depositors joining The Ridge, Paradise Valley Estates’ new, award-winning neighborhood.
The Ridge, which will bring next-generation retirement living to the bountiful Northern California region, was named a silver award winner in Best of 55+ Housing by the National Association of Home Builders earlier this year. With construction projected to be complete in early 2021, future residents can look forward to contemporary living in a brand-new neighborhood with residences featuring open floor plans, stainless appliances, outdoor living areas, and inclusive, maintenance-free living.
New depositors who join by August 31, 2019, will have the opportunity to both customize their new villa or cottage interiors to their personal preferences and secure $10K in valuable interiors and move-in incentives.
First, you’ll earn a $5,000 interiors credit, which can be used to customize residential interiors or add preferred optional interior features. Later, as your move to The Ridge approaches, you’ll gain an additional $5,000 to assist with moving expenses.
You’ll also have an opportunity to customize your Ridge residence with help from interior selections specialist and certified interior designer Victoria Stone. Victoria is meeting with all new residents to review interior options and preferences, many of which are on display now in The Ridge Design Center. The ability to customize your new residence’s fixtures, features, surfaces and more ends August 31, 2019.
Victoria notes one of the most popular interior choices offers residents contemporary style and texture in a next-to-no maintenance, waterproof finish. “Ridge depositors are excited they are able to personalize their new homes at Paradise Valley Estates and many especially like the idea of having luxury vinyl planking as flooring throughout their homes,” she says.
