On November 13, our Ridge expansion hit a new milestone. The neighborhood’s newly opened Design Center welcomed the first group of visitors.

In the Design Center, those considering The Ridge’s next-gen vision for retired living can now experience actual installations of hard surfaces, flooring, kitchen cabinetry and appliances, and bathroom fixtures for the 70 residences now under development. Inside, visitors can also learn about additional design choices and options that can help reflect their personal style.

The Ridge, which expects to welcome residents in 2020, includes a host of contemporary cottages, villas and penthouses intentionally designed to connect residents to the natural beauty and engaging lifestyle that is synonymous with Northern California. Set on eight acres within Paradise Valley Estates’ sprawling, 76-acre, 321-home campus, the neighborhood is surrounded by stunning hillside views and laced with picturesque paths and gathering places.
