Victoria Stone Joins Ridge Team

As primary construction of the villas and cottages of The Ridge nears, we’re pleased to introduce you to the newest team member at Paradise Valley Estates. Victoria Stone joined our team at the beginning of May to assist new residents with interior and finish selections for the 70 homes of The Ridge, our eight-acre neighborhood now under development for adults age 60 and older in Northern California.

Victoria is an award-winning, certified interior designer with more than 30 years of real estate development and design expertise. In addition to working with a range of premier senior housing developers, her work has been featured in the San Francisco Chronicle, New York Times and on the ABC Evening News.

Victoria has trained architects, interior designers and healthcare professionals on the principles of design for health and well-being. Her work has earned design excellence awards from both the Center for Health Design and the American Society of Interior Designers. She will collaborate with new Ridge community members as they explore, plan and select interior finishes for the new residences, which are expected to be complete in early 2021.

While more than 50 percent of Ridge residences have been reserved, new buyers can still secure a place in our newest neighborhood and unlock two valuable new incentives with a paid deposit.

From now until August 30, 2019, new buyers in The Ridge will receive:

  • a $5,000 credit toward interior upgrades for their new home, and
  • earn $5,000 in moving assistance when their home is ready for move-in.
