The Ridge Readies for Final Stretch
With the opening and arrival of first residents now in view, The Ridge is crossing construction milestones every week. The brand-new eight-acre neighborhood in Paradise Valley Estates is already 75 percent reserved and finishing 2020 strong.

The Clubhouse, and Classroom and Amenities buildings are fully under roof. Drywall inside the Environmental Center and woodworking shop is wrapping up right alongside furniture, fixture and equipment selections for The Ridge’s community spaces.
