The Ridge at Paradise Valley Estates Treats Future Residents to Site Tour

Future residents of The Ridge, Paradise Valley Estates’ brand-new 8-acre neighborhood, recently visited the Northern California Life Plan Community for a hard hat tour of the expansion now under development. The picture-perfect fall day was the future residents’ first, in-person opportunity to see their homes and neighborhood, where construction is anticipated to be complete in early 2021.

After a short ride to the site, residents were treated to informative guided tours by crew members and had the opportunity to ask questions they had about the structures, current work or future construction taking place in the months ahead. Residents walked on the new neighborhood’s soon-to-be-paved, curbed roadways for up-close views of the community’s villas, cottages and community buildings, with some residents able to photograph early site work at their future home. Guides pointed out visible changes such as underbuilding parking decks and vertical construction along with ‘invisible’ progress such as extensive underground utilities, so residents could see how the neighborhood and its 70 residences are coming together.

With The Ridge already 65 percent reserved, the hard hat tour was an exciting way for future residents to see how the community is progressing and to meet future neighbors in The Ridge as well as the greater Paradise Valley Estates community. “Getting an on-the-ground view of The Ridge was very informative and was a great opportunity to talk with future residents in a smaller, more intimate setting,” shared future resident Rick Preuss.

With construction well underway, preconstruction savings at The Ridge will soon end. There are just a few more weeks left to secure thousands in incentives while securing a new cottage or apartment with a premium view.
