New Ridge Neighborhood Taking Shape

Earth has been moving at The Ridge! Tons of it, in fact. Utility and infrastructure efforts have ramped up since spring and are fast approaching the finish line. That important milestone gets us one step closer to primary construction of our new 70-residence expansion.

From high above progress is clear. Drone imagery spotlights the boundaries of the new neighborhood’s community buildings and cottages. Looking down at the site, it’s easy to see where new structural foundations will soon be in place. Another indicator will be the trains of heavy-duty concrete trucks that will begin appearing later this summer. They’ll deliver tons of concrete to support our new neighborhood’s community buildings, villas and cottages.

After the foundations are in place and set, we’ll reach other huge milestones in our development: vertical construction. The first structures to appear will be the cottages. Next come the villa apartment buildings and last the community buildings. Another early task will be to dig elevator pits for the villas and dining venue.

As construction proceeds, our future Ridge residents are busy, too. Many have already begun the exciting process of personalizing their new residence interiors. Our selections specialist, Victoria Stone, is meeting individually with residents. They are selecting their preferred wall colors, carpet, countertops and backsplash tile, as well as evaluating other interior options as they prepare for life at The Ridge.

There’s no better time to secure a new Ridge residence than right now. With a reservation deposit made between now and August 31, new buyers will earn two fantastic incentives — a $5,000 credit toward interior selections or upgrades plus $5,000 in moving assistance when their new home is ready for move-in.
