New Paradise Valley Estates neighborhood surpasses 60% reserved
The Ridge, Paradise Valley Estates’ brand-new 8-acre neighborhood, is a milestone in the history of our longstanding Northern California Life Plan Community. The 70-residence addition to our 76-acre master-planned community made significant progress in 2019. And with a few months left in the year and already more than 60% of residences reserved, more exciting progress is just on the horizon.
Utilities and underbuilding work are now complete. As structural construction nears, the roadways are being smoothed and prepared to service the many trucks and vehicles that will bring the materials and resources to form our homes, villas and community buildings. One of the first visible changes to expect in November is the steady appearance of cottage footings and foundations. Soon the structures of the multi-level villas will rise from the ground, ushering in a new chapter of progress for The Ridge, which is expected to welcome residents in 2021.
