(Dance) Steps to Better Health

It’s possible to dance your way to better health—and there’s no better way to socialize while you exercise! Come join us every Wednesday for Line Dancing Class, 10–10:45 a.m. in the activity room.

Dancing is a fun way to enjoy the heart-healthy benefits of aerobic exercise while getting to know your fellow residents, and has the added benefit of keeping your mind sharp. In fact, dancing is the only physical activity to offer protection against dementia, lowering your risk by 76 percent.

You’ll learn basic footwork, improve your balance and confidence, and practice your line dancing skills. Everyone is welcome, and no experience is necessary. See y’all soon!
