Countdown to The Ridge Continues with Model Home Opening

If a picture is worth a thousand words, what’s the value of being inside a model home?

A model home is more than a snapshot of how a place looks. Inside, you can be inspired with ideas for freshening your current home. You can see how furniture and accessories look in rooms. You can view color palettes, feel varying textures, and explore the home’s other interior options. You might even find your new home!

A model home shows you what you can expect in your new home. It’s a chance to touch countertops and cabinets, look inside closets, and experience how the drawers feel when they open and close. You can feel the quality that goes into a home, and what you might select or upgrade to suit your personal style.

Ultimately, model homes entice, inspire and excite visitors. I’ve seen it time and again in the 25 years we’ve created model homes at Paradise Valley Estates. Many times, I’ve had clients exclaim they’d like to move into the model — exactly as it is.

As Jane shares in the video, we’re thrilled to welcome you to our newest Paradise Valley Estates model home, a showcase of the beautiful residences in our brand-new neighborhood, The Ridge. The cottages and villas, which open this summer, are already 80 percent reserved with just a few short months to go.

As we welcome the new residents of The Ridge this summer, it signals a new beginning for our 76-acre community, too. We recently renovated many elements of our campus from the Community Center to updating campus apartments and homes with modern elements such as luxury flooring and stainless-steel appliances. As we move forward in with the next phase of our master plan, the changes will keep coming.

We’d love for you to plan a visit so we can take you inside our brand-new model home and show you first-hand why joining our vibrant Life Plan Community could be a great next step for you.
