Hard Hat Tours at The Ridge are Coming Soon
The PVE sales team has had a very busy summer and early fall, working with future residents and new Summit Club members of The Ridge. There are days our team has barely had a chance to say hello to each other!
For the past year and more, we’ve been fielding questions about The Ridge — from the views, orientation and exposure of residences to the site, building and home plans — based on detailed architectural renderings and practical experience. Sales team members Patti Luccioni and Linda Johnson have been through this before right here at Paradise Valley Estates, during the community’s original 1997 construction. They’re the first to tell you: nothing tells a story like seeing things with your own eyes.
That’s why it was such a special treat recently when we had our first opportunity to don our hard hats and walk The Ridge site. As you might suspect, our hard hats aren’t your everyday style — they’re customized, bedazzled works of art we created last year in readiness for the construction to come. And now that major construction is underway, we finally got to enjoy our first opportunity to use them for their intended purpose.
The hard hat tour was as wonderful as we anticipated. We walked around inside the concrete foundations for all the villa building garages, seeing where ceilings would soon appear and provide the foundation for the structures to come above. Walking from building to building along the community’s roads, we could see the neighborhood’s many sightlines, which provide wonderful views in all directions. We came away from the tour excited about the residences that remain, knowing there are still many fantastic options available.
Later this fall, we’ll be offering hard hat tours for Summit Club members and for those who haven’t yet reserved a residence in The Ridge, too. We think you’ll be even more excited to experience the possibilities of our inclusive, award-winning community for yourself.
