Local Planner: Fairfield Veterans Day Parade and Commemoration

On Monday, November 11, gather with the local community for the Veterans Day Commemoration and Parade on Texas Street in Fairfield, California.

This year’s commemoration celebrates the American Legion’s 100^th anniversary. The event is presented by the Fairfield Main Street Association.

The day begins at 10:00 a.m. with the Ceremony of Remembrance and Patriotic Concert at the Downtown Theatre (1035 Texas Street). After the concert, don’t miss the parade down Texas Street beginning at 12:30 p.m. The parade will feature a number of walking groups, vehicles, floats and mounted units. Prizes will be awarded for a range of categories.
