Construction Slated to Begin on The Ridge

With the city’s approval on our first round of permits for The Ridge, there will soon be a new kind of excitement around Paradise Valley Estates: the arrival of construction crews.

The first steps are underway for the new, eight-acre neighborhood in our Northern California Life Plan Community. As site work commences with grading, site layout and utilities, the sales office continues to match the community’s remaining villas, penthouses and cottages with prospective residents. Completion of The Ridge is anticipated in 2020.

Each week we welcome new depositors — Summit Club members — for The Ridge neighborhood and invite anyone interested to learn more about the community and our early incentives.
