New on the Ridge: Linda and Wayne Goetz
As they looked forward to their years ahead, Linda and Wayne Goetz wanted to stay in Northern California but were ready to trade the upkeep of their longtime Danville home for an easier way of life.
Hand sanitizer production turned into short-term opportunity for Solano County’s Heretic Brewing when their taproom and restaurant closed due to the shelter in place order. Not only could the production help sustain operations and preserve staffing, the product was greatly needed as traditional hand sanitizers were still nearly impossible to find.
Terry and Tom Ortez have a love and appreciation of Northern California that runs deeper than most. They’re excited to be joining Paradise Valley Estates’ newest neighborhood, The Ridge, and shared details about their decision to join the Life Plan Community and what they’re looking forward to about their new Northern California home.
As Californians began sheltering in place, Ronda Guffey was already concerned about the order’s impact on Paradise Valley Estates residents. In her work with PVE@Home, which provides community residents with a helping hand around the house if needed, she already had a solution in place that could ease food scarcity issues without further endangering residents.
