Pilates is a system of exercises that uses a special apparatus that’s designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness. Anyone can benefit from this total body workout using the elements of Yoga, breathing, resistance and balance training.
We have offered this unique training for the past four years as part of our fitness opportunities. Learning proper body alignment and body awareness results in a lengthening and strengthening of our muscles. Energy levels will also improve. Pilates is a true mind and body experience.
